Методологічні аспекти прогнозування економічної безпеки: ризики та інтернет-технології в проектах розвитку

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз, обґрунтування теоретико-прикладного аспекту методологічних підходів прогнозування економічної безпеки у царині визначення ризиків та використання інтернет-технологій в проектах розвитку. Методика дослідження побудована на системно-структурному аналізі, імітаційному моделюванні, логічному узагальненому аналізі. Результати. Обґрунтовано чинники впливу факторів на проблеми розвитку економіки. Досліджено підходи удосконалення методології прогнозування економічної безпеки в царині ризиків та використання інтернет-технологій у проектах інноваційного розвитку. Запропоновано підходи використання інтернет-технологій, ШІ, Blockchain у форсайті економічної безпеки і проектах розвитку. Практична значущість результатів дослідження є адаптація методологічних підходів прогнозування економічної безпеки на використанні потенціалу розвитку інтернет-технологій.

The aim of this article is to analyze and substantiate the theoretical and applied aspects of methodological approaches to forecasting economic security, focusing on risk assessment and the use of internet technologies in development projects. Research Methodology. The stated objective of the article is achieved using the following research methods: system-structural analysis (to justify the functions and interactions of elements within the methodological approaches to forecasting economic security); simulation modeling (used during the analysis of risks in innovation development projects); generalized discriminant analysis (for identifying factors in the formation of methodological approaches to economic security forecasting); and logical generalization (to formulate conclusions based on the research results). Results. The article analyzes factors influencing the formation of economic development challenges under the negative impact of war and dynamic shifts in both internal and global environments. This substantiation underscores the relevance of improving methodologies for forecasting economic security in the context of risk and the application of internet technologies in innovation development projects. The study includes an analysis of existing research on economic security, identifying key risks and emphasizing the importance of internet technologies in forecasting and detecting hidden patterns to counter threats. As a result, the paper proposes the use of internet technologies and artificial intelligence in foresight (as a methodology for forecasting and modeling the future) to enhance economic security forecasting in development projects. This approach offers ways to improve forecasting methodologies and highlights the potential of integrating blockchain technology, emphasizing its strengths and importance for foresight in economic security forecasting. Practical Significance of the Research Results. Applying the proposed scientific approach in practice will enhance the adaptation of methodological approaches to economic security forecasting by leveraging the development potential of internet technologies, particularly the opportunities presented by AI and blockchain. Their synergistic integration can contribute to the development of risk and economic security forecasting technologies in innovation development projects, thus improving the reliability of forecasts.
